Brian Finch (Jake McDorman) is another common boy of 28 years, trying to find something that really is good in life. He finds the solution of their problems when it is presented to NZR, a mysterious drug that acts in their cognition and releases the possibility of him to use 100% of the capacity of your brain. He then started working as a consultant for the FBI, next to Agent Rebecca Harris (Jennifer Carpenter), helping to solve mysterious cases with their new skills. But he also has clandestine contacts with Senator Edward Morra (Bradley Cooper), who is also NZT user and have their own plans for the protected.
